Configuration

The configuration is split by module. Each file is created on first start and never overwritten afterwards; a missing key falls back to its default value. Apply your changes with /cobaltstaff reload [module].

Each module’s options are detailed on its page:

Throughout the configuration, durations are written 30s, 10m, 2h, 7d, 2w, 1M, 1y, or combined (1d12h). An empty value or perm means “never” or “permanent” depending on context.

item and material fields accept a Minecraft material (diamond_sword) or a Nexo item id if Nexo is installed.

Several features run configurable commands: warn thresholds, warn actions, appeals, report lifecycle, investigations, freeze, chat detections, staff mode entry and exit. They all share the same format:

actions:
- command: "tempban %target% 1d Warn threshold (%score% points) -silent"
executor: console # console, or a role from the context (e.g. issuer)
executor-run-strategy: ONLINE # ONLINE (default), DELAY or ALWAYS
target: target # targeted role
target-run-strategy: ALWAYS # ALWAYS (default), ONLINE or DELAY
filters: "severity=GRAVE" # optional
