Jobs
When Jobs Reborn is installed, CobaltiaEffets adds a gain display and several anti-abuse protections.
XP in the banner
Section titled “XP in the banner”Each job XP gain is shown as a fixed item of the banner, one per job, with the accumulated gain and the level progress. The template is set in bandeau.xp and the icons in bandeau.icones_metiers.
AFK fishing
Section titled “AFK fishing”Automatic fishing farms pay out without the player being there. This protection cuts job rewards for idle players:
peche_afk: actif: true minutes: 10 # idle time before blocking metiers: - Fisherman # internal names of the affected Jobs jobs- Activity = turning the camera by at least 1°, chatting or typing a command. Moving without turning the camera does not count (a player pushed by water stays “idle”).
- After
minuteswithout activity, XP and payments for those jobs are cancelled. - The player is warned once (“Fishing paused”), then everything resumes as soon as they move the camera.
Player hunting
Section titled “Player hunting”To stop two players from killing each other in a loop to farm a hunting job, a given killer can be rewarded by Jobs for the same victim only once per window:
chasse_joueurs: fenetre_heures: 24Mob kills are not affected. Rewards fired within 2 seconds after an allowed kill stay valid (several Jobs actions for the same kill).
Custom ores (Nexo)
Section titled “Custom ores (Nexo)”Ores made with Nexo custom blocks are not recognized by Jobs. This section grants job rewards when a player breaks them:
minerais_metier: metier: Miner # internal Jobs job name blocs: cobalt_ore: # Nexo item/block ID revenu: 4.5 # Jobs money points: 0.2 # Jobs points xp: 6 # job XPConditions: survival mode, tool without Silk Touch, player in the job. XP goes through Jobs’ XP gain event: boosts, limits and other protections (including AFK fishing) apply normally.
